About this Speaker

Johanna is a Director of Customer Engagement at Genesys, a customer experience SaaS company. She has 15+ years of customer advocacy and executive advisory board experience working for high tech industry leaders, Oracle and Genesys.

In her current role, Johanna partners closely with select customers to understand the business drivers and impacts of their Genesys solution, as well as provide a platform to amplify and showcase their success. She also oversees the Genesys Customer Advocacy Program (GCAP), Voice of the Customer programs, and Review Sites.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from the University of San Diego.
