Patrick was Quorum’s first Customer Marketing Manager. Having built the function, he runs all things tech-touch communication, user communities, advocacy initiatives, and customer education programs. In addition to customer marketing, he manages company swag, and Quorum’s flagship event gathering over 1,000 attendees.
Using the insight he gathered as a Customer Success Manager, Patrick brings a humanness that is often missing in B2B marketing. This is why he was on the shortlist for the Product Marketing Alliance’s Customer Marketing Excellence Award.
